The flexible COAXIAL tubes consist of an inner tube that delivers the fluid to be poured and an outer tube that carries the heating or cooling fluid. The COAXIAL tube is often used as a safety tube; in this case, the outer tube is connected to a vibration-resistant glycerin filled precision pressure gauge. The pressure gauge will indicate the air pressure in the existing space between the inner tube and the outer one; in normal conditions it will indicate 0. In the case of minimal leakage or loss in the inner tube, the pressure gauge will immediately show a pressure other than 0.
Operating temperature for tubes with inner stainless steel: From –270°C a +800°C.

Being perfectly sealed, they are applied in the chemical, petrochemical, nuclear, pharmaceutical fields, in sectors where it is necessary to pour viscous fluids or sensitive to temperature changes such as:

Waxes, Paraffins, Bitumen, Chlorophenyls, Greases, Oils, Polyester, Acid Italic, Synthetic Resins, Phenol, Fatty Acids, Chocolate, Explosive Products, Thermoplastics.
