THIN WALL TUBES IN PTFE
Thin wall tubes are manufactured by extrusion of PTFE paste. The main characteristics of PTFE are:
excellent electrical and thermal insulation, excellent chemical resistance, high breaking load. PTFE tubes with thin wall have multiple applications in the industry such as dielectric coating, transfer of aggressive chemical products, food products and steam. Thin wall tubes are manufactured with a minimum wall thickness of 0.5 mm and inner diameter of 1mm. Small tubes, also known as “spaghetti” are manufactured according to AMS standards and can be manufactured on request with various colors.

THIN WALL TUBES IN PTFE WITH EXTERNAL BRAID IN STAINLESS STEEL AISI 304
Flexible tubes in PTFE are build with an external reinforcement constituted by a stainless steel liner aisi 304. This manufacturing system allows using tubes in PTFE under maximum safety conditions whenever greater mechanical and pressure resistance is required. The operating temperatures range from -50°C to + 250°C. Flexible tubes in PTFE can be smooth or corrugated and the latter can feature a steel reinforcement spiral that allows using them in suction applications. They are also available already connected in stainless steel or carbon steel.
