TH-SIL-X-600-FFF heat conductive silicone slab

TH-SIL-X-600-FF is a closed cell thermo-conductive foamed silicon rubber. This material offers good thermo-conductivity along with electrical insulation. TH-SIL-X-600-FFF is the best choice for seals and bearings where thermal transfer and gaskets are of fundamental importance.

TH-SIL-X-600-FFF meets the demand for unsupported thermal transfer material in demanding applications from an eco-friendly point of view, improved thermal performance through filling of air bubbles, electrical insulation and vibration cushioning.

Availability:

TH-SIL-X-600-FFF is available in 915 mm x 915 mm sheets and 915 mm wide rolls. The material can be supplied with acrylic pressure adhesive or high temperature silicone adhesive on one side. As per all our silicone sheets, TH-SIL-X-600-FFF can be turned into strips, seals, gaskets, washers and finished products. TH-SIL-X-600-FFF is available in the following thicknesses: 0.8 mm, 1.6 mm, 2.4 mm, 3.2 mm, 4.8 mm and 6.35 mm. The 6.35 mm version is available on sheets 915 mm x 915 mm.
