Silicone foam profiles

Characterized by a closed-cell structure capable of providing high compressibility, they are particularly suitable to produce sealing gaskets where it is necessary to balance significant planarity differences on the support surface.

We offer compounds with densities ranging between 0.20 Kg/cubic decimeter and 0.80 kg/cubic decimeter, with hardness between 5 and 25 Shore A, and versions suitable for contact with food (Food Grade) and self-extinguishing (Fire Retardant). The sponge strips can be extruded or cut from slabs.

There are four density levels available: in metric parameters, such density levels are equivalent to 200, 250, 400 and 550 kg /M3 additional choices available include intermediate materials and density levels and in terms of temperature 260°C in a wide variety of colors also for detecting metals, which are typically offered in gray color.
