Low hardness silicone

Thanks to the use of the special compound of our formulation, we produce extruded and compact silicone profiles with hardness ranging from 7 to 20 shore A, with high dimensional reliability.

At the extrusion level, usually all profiles with hardness lower than 40 ± 5 are not manufactured since it is difficult to obtain adequate compression of the compound in the draw-plate processing, in addition most of the items with low-hardness on the market contain silicone oils which make the pieces "fat" and with poor mechanical properties.
Our innovative technology does not use oils and, thanks to the easiness of compression of the material, it allows us to replace, in many applications, the silicone foam which has a low "elastic recovery", a fragile "skin" that is easily lacerable and it is difficult to use it to produce complex geometry profiles.
