The Ma internationalization plan for the years 2016-2018

Project description

The internationalization project mainly arises from the need to meet in the most suitable way customers’ demands and to follow the market dynamics. Thus, it is oriented towards the countries of Eastern Europe and Austria. This choice is mainly motivated by the presence in these countries of a manufacturing industry and by the geographical vicinity required to ensure adequate after sales technical support due to the absence of an affiliated company in the territory.

 

Objectives

The purpose of the project is to mainly apply and adapt the current products offered also abroad, thanks to a four-stage articulated program: analysis of the reference market, company development through a TEM, creation of a commercial structure abroad, and finally (to be assessed) the development of manufacturing capacity abroad.

 

Results

The development plan calls for a gradual growth in turnover in the target countries and better support for current foreign customers. The expected foreign turnover growth is 35% in 2017 and 37% in 2018. The turnover increase could in turn require a better use of Italian manufacturing capacity and, consequently, an increase in the number of employees.
